Not one but 3 major issues that should be addressed for a 5 star property. I waited from the ski base for the shuttle at -15 which was late 48 minutes to start with. Not to mention that my massage was cut to 40 minutes due to the fact that my experience wasn’t proper timed by the reception and the therapist was going on a lunch break. I addressed the issue at the reception and I got nothing but oh, I didn’t knew about that. While I was in jacuzzi compete naked I had a gentleman come in from their own stuff on a lady locker - wandering around like it was his own bedroom. I was so excited about having a massage after a long week skiing was really looking forward a great experience, especially when you pay $350 for a massage. If I could leave a negative review I would. The massage itself was fairly ok and the therapist tried to accommodate all he could - but just the fact that I saw a male wearing supplies in the locker room while fully naked would scare me to death to ever return.Īlso, two towels on the whole locker room and 6 customers waiting for two uncleaned showers.
